Peoplepm

PeoplePM® is a behavioral change program that enhances the capability of experienced project managers. The program's learning methodology uses structured frameworks built around the five PeoplePM® Attributes. The frameworks give participants a simple approach that will change the way they think & act to solve complex problems. Program participants are taught to use the PeoplePM® Attributes as building blocks enabling them to modify behavior as needed across critical Project Manager Power Skills. For example, a stakeholder management approach based on standard communications may be successful on one project but will not be as successful on another project with a highly erratic stakeholder. Here the project manager will need to adjust behavior and use skills such as anticipation to determine what an erratic stakeholder will want. The PeoplePM® program is designed to give participants this comprehensive but flexible capability.
