Peppina is an Italian pizzeria concept and hospitality management company operating in Thailand. The first branch of Peppina opened in 2014 and has since become one of Thailands leading Italian restaurant groups, being voted the 9th best independent pizzeria world wide by the 50 Top Pizza guide, as well as being the only restaurant in Thailand to be recognised by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN) We currently have 9 restaurants across Thailand; our flagship restaurant on Sukhumvit Soi 33 in Bangkok, an outlet at Mega Bangna shopping centre, 4 franchise restaurants in Bangkok with the Central Group (Central Embassy, Central World, Central Bangna & Central Plaza Rama 3) and restaurant partnerships with venues in Khao Lak, Koh Samui and Cha-Am, as well as a successful outside catering and events business. We are about to open in Chiang Mai, as part of the Food Trust. The Food Trust is build around 4 pillars; The foundation of The Food Trust consist of 4 pillars 'Sustainability'- in finding the equilibrium of us human in society and developments with nature in mind.'Food System'- Advocating for food system that is transparent and traceable with food that is good for all while minimizing the environmental impact from our gastronomic activities and the zero waste to landfill mindset. Culinary Heritage'- To study, gather, and pass on culinary heritage and wisdom that also includes contemporary culinary occurrences and exploration of past, present, and future of food.'Health'- Focus on the health and wellness of both people and planet, how we can taking care of ourselves, loved ones, society, and also the environment though food.
