Phcdc - Perak Human Capital Development Centre

PHCDC is a one of its kind Holistic Human Capital Development Center focusing on skills and empowerment training registered as a Perak State Government Agency. It aims to promote skill development by catalysing creation of large and quality human resources across the state, nation and also globally. Its mandate is also to enable support systems such as quality assurance, information systems and train the trainer academies either directly or through partnerships. PHCDC acts as a catalyst in skill development by providing right skill training demanded by the industry and place the participants accordingly. It will develop appropriate models to enhance, support and coordinate private sector initiatives. We are a non-profit organisation to help the academically challenged school leavers, unemployed people to get the jobs, and to help people already in employment to expand their career opportunities by providing vocational skills training and development programs We regularly consult with industry about the design and delivery options for our training programs. Our aim is to provide vocational training to meet the skills needs of today's workplace. We are known for our quality training and excellent customer service. In addition to their professional qualifications, our trainers have extensive industry experience - thus the training courses give the skills needed for today’s workplace With generous support from the community, industries and public agencies, we been able to establish a skills training centre with the latest equipment and modern training facilities. Our service delivery strategies ensures that we place people into appropriate work and the best quality of training. We developed strong links with a wide range of employer organisations and individual employers, who assist us in providing training and work for our trainees.
