Phinma Education

PHINMA Education is a mission-driven, for-profit institution that strives to make lives better by providing accessible and quality education to youth mostly from low-income families so they can empower themselves and their families to live a life that matters. Since its inception in 2004, its growing roster of Philippine schools now includes Araullo University (Nueva Ecija), Cagayan de Oro College, University of Iloilo, University of Pangasinan, Southwestern University (Cebu), and St. Jude College in Manila, Quezon City, and Dasmariñas, Cavite. PHINMA Ed is also expanding to provide education to countries across Southeast Asia. It is currently present in Indonesia through PT Ind Phil Management (IPM). PHINMA Ed employs a student-centric and communal mentorship approach to ensure that students are well-equipped to secure their future and contribute to the growth of their chosen industry. For more than two decades, we have built our reputation on transforming existing educational institutions to better serve our students. We begin this process by strategically selecting a school from a key growth area and thoroughly transforming its academics, operations, and student community in order to ensure success for Filipino youth coming from low-income families. Through a "bare bones, no frills, brass knuckles" strategy, we are able to keep our tuition fees low and affordable and focus on developing and innovating the most important elements for learning: proper classrooms and facilities, learning techniques and materials, and a great faculty. We do not drive our faculty to publish; instead, we demand they teach well. Through these efforts, we are able to provide accessible, quality education to low-income Filipino youth to help them succeed and reach their dreams.
