Phoenix Consulting is a boutique management consulting firm specialized in Human Capital solutions and operating across the globe. The firm was founded by Zahi Mimassi in 2010 taking Beirut, Lebanon as its headquarters. In 2011, a second office was established in Muscat, Oman followed by a third office in Dubai, U.A.E. in 2016. Phoenix’s strong organic growth has continued by establishing a fourth office in Cairo, Egypt in 2019, and a fifth office in Riyadh, The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 2022. In 2025, Phoenix started operating in Canada. Our vision is to organically grow into becoming a leading Human Capital Management Consulting firm born in the region for the region's organizations and people.
