Pink Programme

The Procurement, Infrastructure, and Knowledge Management Capacity Development Programme (PINK) is aimed at assisting National Treasury in strengthening public finance management capacity, at the provincial and municipal levels, and improving operational efficiency, fiscal discipline and strategic allocation for improved service delivery. The programme contributes to South Africa's overall objective of building a capable state resulting in improved government performance and increased access to public services by strengthening public finance management capacity and governance for all citizens.
