Watch applicants answer questions instead of reading resumes. We reduce the time it takes to hire employees by having our system video record applicant answers to a series of interview questions during the application process. The hiring manager creates a listing on our site, inputs a set of questions that they would like to ask, and advertises this link through the usual channels that they would advertise a job. When candidates apply, in addition to having to input their personal details, including uploading a resume, they are also asked a series of questions, which the hiring manager can then review at their leisure before taking the next step.
