Planwell Recruitment Ltd specialises in recruiting staff on a temporary, contract and permanent basis. Planwell was established in 2011 by Matt Belliss and Louise Hipgrave. Matt had a vision to create a recruitment company based on fairness, honesty, transparency and quality for both clients and candidates. Both Matt and Louise are extremely passionate about the recruitment industry, and believe in good planning, hard work and good communication, not only between clients and candidates but also within the team.
