Over 30 years ago, our director Adrian and his devoted wife Cordelia embarked on a journey to build Plumb London from the ground up. Adrian was out in the field, while Cordelia, our finance director, expertly managed logistics, paperwork, and all other aspects of the business. They were happy with a small team, running the business from home and providing exceptional service to their customers. As time went on, their three sons, now all in their 20s, left school and became more involved in the business. Recognizing the potential to grow and with a shared mission to bring a better name to the industry by providing honesty in every service, they took the reins at Plumb London. Determined to uphold the family legacy, they began scaling the business from a mom-and-pop operation to a fully-fledged business, while maintaining the core values of honesty, excellent service and always recommending the best course of action for each customer. Starting from a reactive company, Plumb London has evolved to address a wide range of household problems. Today, our team of over 30 dedicated professionals, including the three brothers, works together to expand the business responsibly. We prioritise quality over quantity, always keeping our family values at the forefront.
