About Conor Cronin

I’ve been in the plumbing and heating business since I was a teenager, not on the tools, but in the thick of it. From booking jobs and handling customer issues to managing teams and fixing processes, I’ve learned this trade from the inside out. Today I’m the General Manager of Plumb London, a family-run company that’s been serving the city for over 25 years. I lead the business alongside my brothers, Harry (Operations) and Jack (Sales) and together we’re pushing things forward while staying true to what’s always made us work: trust, effort and treating people right. We run the business like an extended family. That includes the engineers out on the road, the office team holding it all together and the customers who rely on us. My focus is making sure standards stay high, problems get sorted and that everyone, inside and out, gets looked after properly. But we’re not standing still. We’re building for the next chapter - growing smarter, expanding our reach and making sure Plumb London is still the name people trust 25 years from now.
