We offer both in-person and online workshops, including open-enrollment for individuals and customizable team training for organizations. Based in Ottawa* since 1982, we are a woman-owned, family-operated firm. Our mission is to empower individuals and teams to reach their full potential by enhancing skills and improving performance. We deliver training across Canada to the public, non-profit, and private sectors.
