The Pockets' story started in 1996 at our flagship store in Shrewsbury, eventually expanding to include 3 more stores in Newcastle-under-Lyme, Hanley and Nantwich. Over the years our shops' interiors may have changed a little, but our ethos has remained the same since day one, exceptional customer service, attention to detail and the highest quality products create the best possible shopping experience. With our team of friendly, knowledgeable and experienced staff we pride ourselves on giving personal assistance tailored to each and every individual customer, setting ourselves apart from high street fashion chains. Our flagship Shrewsbury store now includes 5 floors of exceptional fashion, enabling us to exhibit brands in a bespoke setting, reflecting the personality of each brand and allowing our customers a shopping experience like no other. This unique shopping experience has been faithfully recreated across each of our stores and our website, which display the latest fashions in stunning and unusual environments a world away from the often bland shopping experience. Our love of everything fashion is clear to see in our dedication which is why our online store was created in 2005 to make fashion accessible to everyone.
