In 2011, Sam and fellow Willamette MBA graduate, Jeff Eichelberger, collaborated to develop Portland Crab House. Their catering company specializes in serving fresh Dungeness crabs using authentic Maryland recipes. The crabs are steamed on-site as part of a casual, fun dining experience.
