Working with qualified social care professionals, our role is to help them and our clients by effectively matching the right people into their ideal work placements around the United Kingdom and then delivering an efficient and problem free employment service to all concerned. We are very aware of the need for us to protect both individual workers and our clients by providing a financially stable and ‘new rules’ IR35 compliant contracting environment as a fundamental part of that service.
