Diana is a Certified Watsu Practitioner, and an Energy Healer. She developed her unique way of coaching using aquatic bodywork and energy healing in warm water. She first spend one-hour to guide your mind and body to reach a Michelin Star level of relaxation. Using back flow of warm water, it encourages energy that is deeply stuck to start moving. It often results in trauma releases, and clearing of energy blockages. Also, at this sleeping/not sleeping state of surrendering, the door between your conscious and subconscious mind opens, allowing yourself to have profound realization and learning. In the next 30-mins, Diana will hold space, listen deeply and sometimes ask you guiding questions for you to get in touch with your yourself. This is a beautiful healing experience like no other. Unlike other relationship coaches, Diana facilitates couples to learn through doing (giving and receiving aquatic bodywork) and various exercises.
