PILLC Owner-Operator has over 500 hours of teaching Yoga, 500 hours of teaching kickboxing, 500 hours of personal training, and over 1k hours of teaching & performing improv. She has combined this experience and skills shared below this list to help clients: 1-Identify objections and barriers within themselves and with others 2-Connect clients to their individual needs, as well as to their needs related to team involvement 3-Guide clients into a more open thought process toward new plans and collaborative efforts 4-Help clients set goals which are challenging, yet attainable in the areas of mental, emotional, professional, and physical well-being 5-Monitor clients' output and create adjustments according to milestone successes, as well as missed milestones 6-Continue to encourage and support clients in their pursuit of holistic wellness in order to help them balance their professional and professional lives By creating safe and connected experiences for clients, PILLC shares unique experiences for your company, association, family, or team. These experiences are all-inclusive and managed by PILLC Owner-Operator and a small team. Experiences are customizable to client goals in wellness and team-building workshops/activities, as well as entertainment clients would like to experience. PILLC Owner-Operator's successes include revenue growth / brand development for previous digital & sales clients, facilitation of corporate workshops, speaking to groups up to 10k in size, leading train-the-trainer sessions for Oklahoma Tech Centers, creating, leading, and co-chairing events up to 40k in attendance, developing/leading a year-long Digital Marketing Content Specialist Certification Program with MNTC. Corporate wellness programs - including goal-setting/tracking, personal training, smoking cessation, stress-management, wellness lecturing, and teaching group fitness.
