Prepare To Roar®, an adventure-based learning® company. Prepare to Roar takes leadership and professional/ personal development out of the “boardroom” and into nature – to exotic locations such as Africa, Belize, and Panama. Each expedition's leadership or professional/ personal development focus is customized to the country and adventure experience. Expeditions are attended by individuals either sponsored by their companies or by themselves to invest in their future, reflect & make changes to current paths, or whatever their "prey"(a.k.a. goal might be)! Custom expeditions are for teams looking to take their communication, productivity, trust, effectiveness, or visions to the next level. Every expedition is the perfect blend of high-impact adventure experiences, group learning sessions, individual reflection time, and one-on-one coaching sessions. They also include pre- and post-coaching sessions.
