Prismatic Therapeutic Services

Prismatic Therapeutic Services provides substance use counseling, group programs, and clinical assessments for adults in Texas using a harm-reduction, capacity-based approach. We work with individuals who feel stuck between knowing what they want to change and being able to change it—especially in moments of stress, emotional overwhelm, or relational pressure. Our work emphasizes practical skill development, real-time awareness, and choice rather than compliance or coercion. Prismatic also provides licensed substance use assessments for court-related and voluntary cases, including SASSI and MAST evaluations. These assessments are clinically grounded, fair, and clearly documented for legal and professional contexts. We specialize in: • Court-ordered and voluntary substance use assessments (Texas) • Individual substance use counseling grounded in harm reduction and motivational interviewing • Group-based programs focused on mindfulness, relational awareness, and behavior change Our approach is direct, collaborative, and client-centered.
