I help people navigate their relationships with substances, others, and themselves—so they can reclaim their lives and build a future that feels like their own. As the Founder and Head Counselor at Prismatic Therapeutic Services, I specialize in addiction counseling, offering compassionate, nonjudgmental support rooted in harm reduction, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness-based practices. My approach helps people make sense of their experiences, rebuild trust in themselves, and create sustainable change. Before founding Prismatic, I worked as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) and Case Manager at Integral Care, supporting individuals living with HIV/AIDS and substance use challenges. My career began at Management Training Corporation (MTC), where I facilitated group and individual counseling for women in the substance use jail program—a formative experience that deepened my commitment to accessible, person-centered care. Throughout my career, I’ve believed that change happens through relationships—both with others and with ourselves. Whether through group coaching, court-aligned assessments, or one-on-one counseling, I meet clients where they are, helping them take meaningful steps toward a healthier, more connected life.
