Product Science Group

The Product Science Group is a product management coaching and consulting firm that teaches evidence-based decision-making for new product development. It is led by Holly Hester-Reilly, a former Columbia University research scientist and veteran of over 15 new product initiatives at startups, high-growth technology companies, and enterprises over her decade in the NY tech industry. She is also an adjunct professor of product management at NYU Stern School of Business and host of the Product Science Podcast. Holly coaches workshop attendees and clients to start by generating insights using design thinking and data science, to lay the foundations for success by developing a long-term vision paired with small steps in an outcome-based roadmap, to use lean and agile methodologies to refine and deliver the desired outcome, and finally to apply a modern management approach to support the team as it grows the product to a successful product-market fit. Holly has helped startups like Portfolio School, YourBase, Go Coach, and Plectica, high growth companies like FalconX, MediaMath, and Shutterstock, and enterprises like Capital One, Unilever, Weight Watchers and Toys “R” Us figure out which product growth opportunities they should pursue and build the teams to deliver on their goals.
