Proi Patent and Trademark Attorneys is a young and vibrant medium-sized law firm founded by five intellectual property professionals, including U.S. patent agents, European patent and trademark attorneys, German patent and trademark attorneys, and Chinese patent attorneys. All of us have at least dual legal qualification. All of our patent attorneys and patent specialists have undertaken professional training at prestigious intellectual property law firms in the U.S, Europe, and China and have had about 10 years of full-time legal practice in this field. Prior to the legal profession, all of us have completed post-graduate education at renowned universities in North America and West Europe and in addition to that almost all of us have had years of industry or research experience with some of the world´s leading technology companies. Our patent attorneys are authorized to represent clients before the patent offices, trademark offices, and the related courts in Europe, China, and Germany as well as the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). Especially, we are experienced at providing technical and legal support in patent litigation matters. Every one of our patent professionals has studied, lived, and worked in intellectual property in countries of two or more continents.
