MELTDOWN, launched in 2018, showcases climate crisis art by renowned artists based on over 30 expeditions conducted between 2008 and 2017. A recipient of the Sony World Photography Award, the exhibition has reached venues like Vienna’s Natural History Museum and London’s Horniman Museum, engaging over 1.5 million visitors by 2019, with a strong emphasis on youth education. In 2019, Project Pressure created VOICES FOR THE FUTURE, projecting images of melting icebergs and youth voices, including Greta Thunberg, onto the UN Headquarters, amplified by music from Brian Eno. The project called for urgent climate action and resonated globally with activists, diplomats, and policymakers. Current Focus Since 2019, Project Pressure has expanded its scope, addressing climate, ecological, and biodiversity crises. Acting as a multidisciplinary bridge organization, it tackles root causes of pressing environmental issues.
