The group’s origin can be traced to 1996 when it was founded by Mr. Rajeshbhai R Shah, who started his career as a Marketing Executive, to one of the stalwarts of the Indian Pharmaceutical Industry. Today, the group restructured its operations and Prominer Group of Companies came into being under the aegis of the Divine group. Prominer Group, today, is spearheaded by Mr. and Mrs. Shah, the Chairman and Managing Director of the group.
