Fire protection is our focus and we are proud to be at the top of our field covering sprinkler systems, alarm systems, special hazards (gas suppression, water spray etc), building hydrant systems and fire equipment. Fire protection can often be a headache, left until last, clashing with other services, needing room for pumps and tanks that weren’t considered, limited options due to construction methods, and many variations… We aim to smooth the overall process for you by working with the design team at the early stages and throughout the project. What we can do for you: • Design up front - tenderers can give accurate, competitive pricing based on the full set of documents we provide, including drawings and specifications. • Evaluate various options to meet your needs and provide you advice that is not biased by a desire to sell product. • Future proofing options for flexibility over the life of a building. • Designs approved by a Sprinkler System Certifier, to give peace of mind. We also work closely with FM Global insurers who are gaining a higher presence and we are familiar with many of their design standards. • Construction observation role to assist with queries, variation reviews (which are minimised due to upfront design), and ensuring your / your clients requirements are met – not just the minimum standards. • Big picture approach to try and get economies for large projects. Sometimes a larger cost up front, but far more economical over site wide projects.
