Protohaven

Protohaven is a nonprofit organization based in Pittsburgh, PA. We are a DIY workshop and maker space with classes meant to teach the art of making and the power of building-it-yourself. By teaching, providing access to tools, and a space to work we hold true to our standard "making for the public good". Protohaven engages a diverse community of makers by providing the space, tools, and education necessary to enable our community of learners at various stages of creative development. Our mission is to engage people in the process of making things to enrich individual lives, build thriving communities, and contribute to a vibrant, sustainable society.
