ProX, operated by Real World Initiatives—a 501(c)(3) affiliate of the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation—bridges the gap between education and the workforce. By connecting Kansas City area high school students with real-world learning experiences, ProX creates opportunities for growth through paid summer internships and work-based projects. By partnering with local employers through our 5-week summer internship program, ProX helps businesses build the next generation of Kansas City’s workforce, transforming lives while strengthening the regional talent pipeline.
