Pseads Institute

Cultivating the heart of learning. We are a learning and design institute developing custom, awareness-based programs to foster social emotional skills, build community, and empower action. Pseads ("seeds") was created to foster joy and an innate love for learning, integrate scientific and creative exploration, and engage brain and heart together for peace. This work was inspired by, and grew out, of incredible mentorship; nearly two decades of study and research; and work with thousands of students and classroom educators at all levels of education (kindergarten to medical school). Pseads programs and projects include reevaluating the metrics that matter in human systems, and developing novel assessment methodologies that cultivate continuous growth, lifelong learning and joy in re-vision, and multi-media components that utilize technology to tell new stories of human potential. This work includes book, film and audio projects intended to amplify courageous young voices offering visions for peace.
