Our journey began when two Welsh brothers from Swansea ventured from the UK to Portugal in 2018, armed with a vision. Embracing the rich cultural and vinicultural heritage of their new home, they founded our company with the aim of sharing Portugal’s vinous treasures with the world. Despite the challenges, our founders’ perseverance since 2020 has propelled PTWineHouse to its current stature, supported by a dedicated team of 35 highly skilled staff from around the globe. Portugal, with its ancient wine-growing tradition, stands as an undiscovered jewel within the global wine scene. Often underestimated, the country’s wine regions are ripe with potential, boasting approximately 4,700 wineries across 14 distinct areas.
