Purely Prepared Brands (PPB) has perfected the process of naturally smoking foods for production on a large scale. PPB will initially produce products under its Purely Smoked™ brand through affiliate relationships with national proteins suppliers for production and distribution – both as its own label and as a co-branded offering. Additionally, PPB will introduce its innovative, self-contained modular kitchens for placement in high-traffic locations such as malls and outdoor shopping areas. These compact, easy-to-operate sites will feature the Purely Smoked™ line of foods, providing quickly prepared, superior quality meals for busy consumers. The PPB founders and management team have substantial experience in the foodservice industry including chain ownership and franchise operations, as well as in commercial food processing and culinary development of value-added food products.
