Change, Culture and Performance Consulting: Bringing a fresh perspective to organisations in the regions, developing practical strategies to create and implement change, enhance culture and drive performance. I have a particular aversion to buzzwords and jargon but I remain current and well researched in my strategic approach to organisation change and development.
