Pusat Pendidikan Al-Itqan (Al-Itqan) is a non-for-profit institution and generates its own income without government assistance. Al-Itqan was founded in 1998 with 70 students and 3 teachers at that time in one roof, Sekolah Rendah Al-Islah. Since 2008, Sekolah Menengah Al-Itqan was established and Sekolah Rendah Al-Islah's name was changed to Sekolah Rendah Al-Itqan after being registered under the Ministry of Education (MOE). Al-Itqan continues to gain public trust with the establishment of pre-school institutions, Tadika Amal Intelek in 2015 and Taska Intelek in 2019 which accommadate 76 pre-school students in 2020 By 2020 Al-Itqan had recorded 300 students and 65 teachers and staff.
