Quadrant Coaching exists to lead business professionals toward improving their lives as leaders, professionals, providers for their family and members of the community. Phil Ostwalt, Founder of Quadrant Coaching, combines his recent study of coaching frameworks with his 40+ year business career to bring a practical, business mindset to his coaching practice. Phil is a CPA and received his MBA from Georgetown University. He has broad career experience ranging from staff accountant at a local CPA firm to Big Four advisory partner. Currently, he serves as the CEO of a real estate business and is an active angel investor and advisor in the startup community. These experiences enable him to relate to his clients and provide perspective and empathy to their business, career and life challenges. Quadrant Coaching helps business professionals explore what is uniquely important to them, focus on their values and align with both their personal goals and the objectives of the organization where they work. Coaching specializations include: Accounting and Consulting Professionals, Corporate Executives and Entrepreneurs. Quadrant Coaching Clients 1) Individual Coaching: “One on One” coaching sessions are held in-person or remote, usually through a series of six sessions over a 6-10 week period. Other customized programs available. 2) Firm/Company Sponsored Coaching: Individual coaching programs sponsored by the employer include 8-10 individual sessions, confidential written feedback to individual and coach-facilitated "results conversation" with sponsor and individual. These programs are designed to address a variety of personal development opportunities such as: • building leadership and management capacity, • time and stress management, and • improving interpersonal skills and relationships 30 minute complimentary sessions available.
