We are the industry expert in applying and providing training on the Systematic Approach to Training (the SAT process). Our team combines an eclectic mix of expertise: in-depth knowledge of instructional systems, facilitating small group meetings needed to work with subject matter experts, a working knowledge of system operations, and strong project management. Founded in 1997, QTS prepares organizations to comply with the requirements of a training standard by completing Job Task Analysis’ (JTA’s), designing training programs, developing training materials, and assisting in the setup of internal controls to maintain compliance. Our software product, the Quality Training Database (QTD), was developed to provide the ease of organizing, maintaining and tracking critical training data. Organizations perform JTA’s, develop OJT guides and training materials plus more using QTD. QTD and our consulting services are delivered and reinforced through training/coaching using a Systematic Approach to Training (SAT). We currently serves customers in North America.
