Welcome to Qumran! Our restaurant was born after a trip of our conceptor and chef Dzima and his partner our owner Liran at the dead sea in Israel. They went to the Qumran Caves, historic caves where we found scrolls of the Jewish history. When they saw this place, they wanted to create here, in the middle of Tel-Aviv, the non stop city of Israel a little cave. It was really important for them to combine in this project fine dining, lifestyle and entertainement in an specifical atmosphere that you won’t find anywhere else. Qumran is waiting to give you the best entertainment experience you had until today.
