As a leadership development professional, Ron collaborates with core business units to execute on a global strategy for management and leadership development and has contributed to developing the most talented leaders in the marketplace. He has designed, developed, and launched a global coaching academy serving over participants to date, and launched a virtual coaching program to 200+ global Associates, supporting Associate growth and engagement while driving transformation and lasting behavior change. He has launched programs focused on leadership and professional development and partnered with business units to assess opportunities and align solutions impacting employees Ron is a certified Project Management Professional,(PMP), a Certified Professional Coach,(CPC), a Predictive Index (PI) Practitioner, a Leadership Practices Inventory Coach. Ron has also held the role of US Air Force Master instructor and was selected as the top 2% of the Branch as Outstanding Instructor.
