Ruth Miller Associates Ltd was founded by Ruth Miller in 2009. It specialises in managing HR, diversity & inclusion, management development and talent acquisition projects. Ruth's point of difference is that she designs and deliver projects and development programmes to meet each individual client's training needs, through face to face delivery, webinars and e learning. Her background is from senior HR and resourcing roles within FTSE 100 businesses and she now partners with a wide range of well known commercial, public sector and not for profit clients, Her belief is that effective employee engagement means that everyone can bring their authentic selves to work. She partners with clients to help them build their reputations as great places to work and to advise them on selecting and managing diverse teams inclusively, consistently and without bias.
