Rafiki Initiative

We are an aid agency and non-governmental organization established to respond to emergencies, fight global poverty and improve local community livelihoods within rural areas in Tanzania. We aspire to leave a legacy with major giving and supporting vulnerable families across the Tanzania’s local communities. Our Programs RafikiAfya Ensuring healthy lives and promoting well-being by providing free health screening and health insurance to local communities, especially women and children. RafikiAid Aids are dedicated to achieving food security, improved nutrition, and sustainable livelihoods for local communities through the food supply, clothes, and family groceries. RafikiElimu A program that provides educational equipment and renovates school infrastructures to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for local communities in rural areas. RafikiMjenzi Improving local communities' shelter and sanitation through water wells, tents, and prefabricated shelters and orphanages to ensure the availability of water and sustainable housing.
