Alameen Organization

Alameen organization is a non-profit humanitarian organization established in 2012 as a volunteer community initiative by several doctors and academics supporting the late martyr Mohammad Amin Harsouny, in response to the needs of those affected by the Syrian war and in commemoration of his memory. Alameen prioritizes the well-being of all by supporting and enhancing healthcare and the welfare of individuals and communities affected by crises. It achieves this by maintaining healthcare systems, education, and community programs that ensure quality service delivery without discrimination based on age, gender, political inclination, religion, or any other considerations. Violet Organization

In Syria, recovery is not only about rebuilding what was lost. It is about empowering people to lead what comes next. Violet is a youth-led, community-rooted humanitarian organization working to support crisis-affected communities across Syria through emergency response, early recovery, and long-term resilience. Since its beginnings, Violet has been driven by young women and men who believe that local communities are not passive recipients of aid, they are the leaders of recovery, rebuilding, and sustainable change. What makes Violet different is its ability to connect immediate humanitarian action with long-term impact. We work closely with communities, volunteers, civil society organizations, and partners to design responses that are fast, dignified, locally informed, and built around real needs. Violet’s Achievements- 192 projects implemented across emergency response, early recovery, health, education, protection, livelihoods, WASH, shelter, and community resilience-$58M+ in implemented program budgets- locations covered through field and community-based interventions- 1,430 team members and volunteers mobilized- volunteering hours contributed by youth, CSOs, and local initiatives. Demirtaş Organize Sanayi Bölgesi - 13 Nisan 1969 tarihinde Türk Otomobil Fabrikası AŞ (TOFAŞ)’nin temelinin atılması ve 1971’de açılması; 1975 yılında da Sönmez ASF Tesisleri’nin kurulması ile bugünkü Demirtaş Organize Sanayi Bölgesi’nde (DOSAB) sanayi oluşumu başlamıştır. 1980’li yıllarda bölgede faaliyet gösteren firma sayısı artmıştır. Bu firmaların temsilcileri bir dernek çatısı altında toplanarak, sorunlarını çözme ve ortak hareket etme kararı almışlardır. Bu kapsamda 29 Ocak 1987 yılında Mustafa Karaer başkanlığında 6 kurucu üye ile, bugünkü adı DOSABSİAD (Demirtaş Organize Sanayi Bölgesi Sanayici ve İşadamları Derneği) olan Demirtaş Sanayicileri Derneği’ni (DSD) kurmuşlardır. Derneğin amaçlarından birisi de sanayi bölgesini ‘organize sanayi bölgesi’ hüviyetine kavuşturmaktır. 1989 yılında dönemin Başbakanı Turgut Özal, TOFAŞ’ı ziyaret etmiştir. Bu ziyaret sebebiyle bölgeyi gezmiş ve sanayicileri dinlemiştir. Ardından Ankara’da Turgut Özal’a yapılan ziyaret neticesinde olumlu sonuç alınmıştır. 24 Aralık 1989 tarih 20382 sayılı Resmi Gazete’de yayımlanan yatırım programı kapsamında Demirtaş Organize Sanayi Bölgesi’nin kurulması planlanmış ve 1990 yılında DOSAB kurulmuştur. 2001'de tüzel kişilik kazanıldı ve hızla yatırımlar yapıldı Demirtaş Organize Sanayi Bölgesi’nin, 15 Nisan tarihinde yürürlüğe giren 4562 sayılı Organize Sanayi Bölgeleri Kanunu kapsamında kuruluş protokolü 06 Nisan 2001 tarihinde tescil edilmiş ve tüzel kişilik kazanmıştır. DOSAB katılımcılarına, her türlü alt yapı olanaklarını çağdaş imkanlarla sunarken, sosyal tesisleriyle de ‘sağlıklı bir organize sanayi bölgesinde ‘sağlıklı yaşam ve spor’ olanakları yaratmıştır. Demirtaş Organize Sanayi Bölgesi, Organize Sanayi Bölgeleri Üst Kuruluşu (OSBÜK) ve Organize Sanayi Bölgeleri Derneği (OSBDER) üyesidir.

Our team was established in 2015 without a mentor, under the leadership of 2 girls, with 5 members. We participated in the New York Regional in 2016. At the beginning of 2017, we met our first mentor, Serkan AYDIN. Our team was born from its ashes with his arrival, so we decided to put the phoenix as our logo. We competed in the West Palm Beach Regional in 2017. We attended the San Francisco Regional in 2018 and won the "Imagery Award". In 2019, we participated in the Minnesota North Star Regional and won the "Engineering Inspiration Award" and the "Pit Safety Award". We participated in Istanbul Regional in 2020 and won the "Entrepreneurship Award". We also succeeded in playing in the semi-finals in the competition which was attended by 47 teams. In the 2021 Infinite Recharge at Home season, our team captain was deemed worthy of the "Dean's List Finalist Award" by displaying exemplary behavior in reaching the high ideals pursued. We won the “Chairman's Award”, the most prestigious award of the tournament, in the 2021 Izmir Off-Season. We played in the quarter-finals in the 2022 Istanbul Regional. Our team's coordinating mentor, Serkan AYDIN, was awarded the "Woodie Flowers Finalist Award" given to the mentor who leads, develops, teaches and inspires their team.
