We are a Performing Arts & Media company whose main focus is promoting health and well-being within the public sector and construction industry. We achieve this using drama and film by supporting our clients with their employees’ health, safety and Wellbeing programmes by focusing on their mental well-being through performing arts and media. What we offer in support of their polices and training programmes is a unique and innovative, bespoke approach; aiding them in accomplishing their current objectives. This is achieved through interactive workshops, film and improvisation scenarios involving professional actors working alongside their own employees on the subject matter. We engage on matters which affect people in their daily lives, employees in the work place or out of work with their families. These scenarios create an opportunity to observe recognisable daily or workplace scenarios from a third-party analytical perspective. Our actors are professionals and cumulatively have over 25+ years’ experience in performing arts and over 35 years’ experience in health and safety, public sector work or the construction industry. DON’T TAKE OUR WORD FOR IT The feedback from trainees & clients tells us how intense, realistic and engaging the courses were with particular reference to the mock news footage, awareness videos and engagement with live actors. Trainees have said they felt empathy, were sometimes drained and under real pressure during the interviews which brought the whole realism to the courses and made a lasting positive impact on them as individuals.
