Raise Ucl

Raise UCL is the first London chapter of Raise, a national movement dedicated to positively influencing the way students think about giving. In our first year of operations we raised over Since its inception six years ago in Cambridge, ten chapters of Raise have donated nearly £466,500 to the Against Malaria Foundation, a highly effective charity. Our mission is clear: to encourage students to think of charity for a cause for celebration rather than guilt and suspicion. Our process is simple: students donate to the Against Malaria Foundation; their donations are matched by our generous partners; we then come together as a community to celebrate our impact. Here at UCL, we are just getting started. Our founding committee is built of four passionate and dynamic teams who are working together to create lasting change in the way UCL students think about charity.
