Welcome to Raman Coaching! I am Ravi Raman and Executive Career Coach for leaders and high performers in the Tech industry. My mission is to help you find higher performance and success in your work and life. Current and past clients include top performers and leaders from companies such as Microsoft, Amazon, Facebook, Google, Apple, and numerous startups. In my prior career, I spent 14 years as a Product and Business Planning leader at Microsoft Corporation where I helped large engineering teams to create and deliver on long-term product visions that were exciting, innovative and exceeded customer needs. These products included versions of Microsoft Office, Windows and a variety of emerging technologies and cloud-based services. I now dedicate my career to helping professionals become stronger leaders who are more creative, productive and joyful and in their work. My coaching is centered on supporting the capacity of all leaders to tap into the innate power of insight to solve challenges and make progress in work, business, and life. I am a certified Professional Coach, a member of the International Coach Federation and a Board Member of the International Coach Federation, Colorado Chapter.
