Our Exercise Branch uses individualised exercise prescription and one-on-one Personal Coaching to offer an individualised approach to health. Our Clinic Branch works with individuals with Chronic Disease and Musculo-Skeletal Injury to move them along the continuum of health. Our Education Branch evolves thinking and behaviour through the sharing of science based knowledge, through fitness and business mentoring, online courses and publishing and content distribution. Our Nutrition Coaching branch takes a behavioural approach to improving nutrition, creating positive changes to people’s habits that are sustainable for the long term. Our Individualised Programming offers custom, remote exercise programming. Our Corporate Branch reaches large numbers of individuals, via business, through the administration of Corporate Health, Corporate Seminars and Specialty Seminars for Health, Fitness and Performance.
