RE:ARTH is still a small project that grows mushroom, Shiitake, Ear mushroom and Nameko mushroom. We are trying to grow mushrooms in sustainable way which is using wasted food in our community. We’ve leached the very first harvest of oyster mushroom which grew on wasted coffee ground in 2019. We started selling this eco-friendly and sustainable mushroom in Kyoto in 2021. RE:ARTH 20192021
