Reach Her Inc. is a not-for-profit organisation based in Perth, WA, dedicated to empowering women through accessible employment training. Our mission is to help women unlock their full potential by breaking down barriers that hinder their progress, enabling them to create their own employment opportunities, enter the workforce, achieve financial independence, and positively impact their families and communities. We offer a genuine alternative for women who are excluded from traditional employment pathways, underemployed, or stuck in low-paying, insecure jobs. By tackling the systemic and structural challenges women often face, we make self-employment and sustainable employment not just possible but achievable, paving the way for lasting resilience and empowerment.
