Reclaim your power is a partnership between Abigail Hall and Jitka Peeters. We have over 35 years of international experience in corporate organisations, and are both mothers, daughters, coaches, facilitators, and much more. Having been around for more than 45 years, we have experienced our fair share of challenges that relationships can bring. In relationships for example with colleagues,(ex)lovers, family members, friends and community members. Challenging can speak to many things like inequality, a lack of personal and professional boundaries or loss of energy. Does any of this ring true for you as well? Our life long experience as human beings combined with working in the field of personal development has inspired us to take a heart felt and passionate stand for radical self awareness and acceptance. We hold the core belief that enjoying healthy and fulfilling relationships with others is only possible if we have a healthy and fulfilling relationship with ourself. When wondering whether your relationship with yourself is wholesome, perhaps ask yourself some these questions:* do I give myself the same amount of energy as I give others?* have I learned how to say no, and an empowered yes?* have I learned how to really listen to myself?* do I talk to myself in the same, friendly, way I talk to my friends?* am I as nurturing and loving to myself, as I am to the ones I love?* am I allowed to feel all emotions, the difficult and the joyous ones?* do I allow myself to connect with what is truly important for me? So, what are we offering? We are a new community for like minded souls to connect, and discuss what it truly means to have healthy relationships with ourselves and others. We offer coaching, developmental workshops and programs where we bring our experience and knowledge as coaches, facilitators and women to guide you in reclaiming your true power and watch your relationships flourish.
