Recruit Refugees

Recruit Refugees connects refugees and immigrants in Norway with local businesses that need motivated employees and want a more diverse workforce. We recruit and prepare candidates, and our recruitment service is free for businesses. From our training center in Modum, we help job seekers build skills, confidence, and networks through CV support, job search guidance, language practice, and insight into Norwegian work culture. At the same time, we support employers with candidate matching, onboarding, and follow up. We work closely with each business to understand their needs and workplace culture, then find candidates who are a good fit. After hiring, we stay in touch with both the employer and the employee to make sure both sides succeed over time.
