New Times for Rede People and Erik Falk Hansen After more than five years of building Rede People together with fantastic colleagues, clients, and partners, I’m excited to share a new chapter: I’ll now be running Rede People solo. So Rede People remains, but with just me, Erik Falk Hansen, on board. Since starting the company back in 2019, Rede has had the privilege of collaborating with some of the most inspiring and ambitious technology companies, investors and founders across the Nordic startup and scaleup ecosystem. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunities and trust so many companies have shown over the years. As Rede People and I enters this new phase, the focus will be 100% on executive search and talent aquisition for nordic technology companies. And my mission! What continues to drive me is the same thing that started Rede: a desire to push the headhunting industry forward. Or simply put: make it more modern, transparent, and effective. I’m genuinely excited for what’s ahead and to continue working with both familiar faces and new companies in the Nordic tech scene.
