The redhorse Assisted Training team is committed to providing the highest quality training and results for those leaders and their teams who are open and willing to examine their current practice and step up to a higher level of performance more quickly. Our unique, experiential learning programs are highly effective at giving participants the chance to observe their leadership, communication and management styles like never before. Drawing on the hierarchical herd dynamic we work within metaphor to examine team/management groups within companies. Working through ground based exercises with the horses, participants very quickly see their personal approach to leading and communicating. The results from our trainings have a profound and lasting impact on all who participate. We specialise in Leadership Development and Team Building for upper levels of management. We offer individual and team training programs.
