Rediscover Your Play

Rediscover Your Play combines positive psychology and play to help organizations and individuals address their most challenging issues. We use the medium of play to challenge the status quo, to lift the veil of BS on the antiquated working world to create a more inclusive, healthy, human work environment. We run experiential workshops such as Dealing With Toxicity At Work Through Play, Dudes Do Better: Check Your Company To Flourish, how to navigate uncertainty through play, how to to deal with office politics through play, and even how to play with your inner critic All of the work is about challenging the current power structures in order to create a more equitable work environment. We do this through experiential play, where you build empathy for one other by putting yourself in someone else's shoes and practicing having hard conversations.
