Expert Witness Services Reel Planning has over 20 years’ experience in providing expert witness services in the Planning and Environment Court, Land Court and Supreme Court. Our experienced planners provide a full service including assistance in without prejudice negotiations, preparation of joint expert reports and expert statements and giving evidence to the Court. Strategic and Master Planning Services Reel Planning has over 20 years’ experience in preparing planning schemes and planning scheme amendments for local governments across Queensland. Other services include master planning, local area plans; land use studies and structure plans. Local Government Services Reel Planning provides a range of town planning services to a number of local governments in Queensland. These services include development assessment; advising on planning processes and procedural matters; and recommending and brieng other expert consultants on behalf of Council.
